
Here’s a quick garden salad featuring a can of low carb Palmini, tomatoes, shredded leek, basil and olive oil. Simple and to the point packed with plenty of nutrition. Add some cheese on top and eat alongside a glass of wine and enjoy a small low calorie meal.

Ingredients
1 Large Can Palmini
8 Cherry Tomatoes
1/2 Cup Olive Oil
1/3 Cup Shredded Leek
1/4 Cup of Chopped Basil
Salt
Optional
Parmesan Cheese
Instructions
In a large frying pan add olive oil along with the leek and salt to produce sweating.
Add cherry tomatoes and sauté on high.
While on high, add palmini, basil and mix for a couple of minutes.
Add cheese, serve and enjoy!
